The members of your project team will not all receive the same project grade. While I
will assign a grade to the overall project, each individual's grade will be determined by
weighting that project grade by the results of a confidential peer evaluation. Each team
member will be required to assess the contributions of all members of the team with regard
to the percentage contributed by each member to the successful completion of all phases of
the project, and the cumulative scores for each team member will be averaged.
For example, if the project receives a score of 90, and team member #1 is assessed an
average contribution of 80% by all team members, then team member #1 will receive a
project score of 72. On the other hand, if team member #2 worked diligently and received
an average contribution percentage of 95%, then that team member will receive a score of
86.
Please fill out and submit the on-line peer evaluation form for each team member. Be sure to include the team member's name on the form and provide a rating for each area of contribution. Each field defaults to a 10 (the maximum score) if you fail to provide a value. If the form redirects you to an error screen, simply hit the Back button and resubmit the form.
Please note that if you fail to submit evaluations you will be assessed a penalty of one letter grade on your project score.
